Over the the summer for myself & Willys Workshop in Mira Mesa we did a "Go Skateboarding Day" event as well as in Manila, Philippines. It was amazing. We just released the "Film This" video by Willys Workshop & had the premiere at Edwards cinema in Mira Mesa. It was a huge turn out. The new Birdhouse Skateboards video "The Beginning" is about to premiere in Hollywood & I'm going on tour for the video. Other than that I've just been skating with friends, piling up new footage for whatever next video project that comes up, going on photo shoots & I have an interview/ Pro Spotlight coming out in curiculummag.com

Since my last update I've been mostly in Toronto skating street, I was in Baltimore and Portland for the Mountain Dew Tour Contest Series and then also I spent a coupe weeks in Vancouver in August like I planned and it was a really good time. This year I also turned pro for ATM Skateboards and I've been riding my first signature board all summer which has been pretty sick. Other than that I'm off to Houston, Texas in November for the Make-A-Wish benefit contest and I'm planning a filming trip to Costa Rica in February.
Stay sick,
Jesse
I have been on a serious travel bender over the last couple of months and I will say it was super fun! We hit up Toronto for filming and photo's with the Blind squad for the upcoming video, release date to be announced. As far as the road you can call me a King! Yep me and most of the Blind team won Thrasher magazine's 2007 King of the Road! HOLLA!!! After that I had the pleasure of going to Hawaii for a week with a really dope crew.
Peace,
James Craig
This year I have been really busy doing vertÊdemos with my production company (MPC Productions) some of the citys we went to where Clearwater,Minnessota , Huntington Beach,CA. , Chicago, IL , Del Mar ,CA. On Nov. 3 we will be doing a demo at Giant stadium in San Francisco for the ice and air show (snowboard event)there is supposed to be 50,000 + people there. We also did a huge event for the military troops at Ft. Hood in Texas. There was around 50,000 people who attended. Myself and some other pros (Jake Brown, Danny Mayer)Êvisited hurt soldiers in the hospital where i gave them some of my pro model Power Shoes and other goodies. The most random event we went to was the UFO Festival in Rosewell,New Mexico. That is where the alien aircraft crashed - so they say. it was a pretty crazy experience.Ê Thousands of people dressed up as aliens and there was speakers who claim they have been upducted. Jake Brown also got his nickname scope boy there.
I have also been filming a lot for a strange notes section and filming for my skate shop's (C&S Skateshop) video. My shop is also doing a huge event on oct. 13 called Skate Chaos in Tejas. There is a amazing public park blocks away from the shop so we are always doing demos and contests.Ê James Craig, Pat Duffy , Kareem Campbell , and Clyde Singleton are coming out for the event. Also, The Captain and Casey are coming as well to do a segment on it for there tv show on Fuel. I am also working on aÊ15 stopÊtour for next year with MPC Productions. We just finished building a huge vert ramp for Rockstar Energy Drink. We will be going to military bases all over the USA and other venues to promote Power and other sponsors. We will be atÊhuge music festivals, nascar events, and grand prix events.
DAYNE BRUMMET: OK, I've pretty much had the busiest six months of my life. I started the summer by skating in the MASA pro in North Carolina. James came out to that one also. So, Power had some good representation and it was a great event! After that, the Dew Tour series started. I've skated every one of those. I've been doing good about half the time and blowing it the other half. It's been hard because I've been street skating every day. I finally got a generator and studio lights, so the night sessions have been in full effect. In addition to street skating and contests this summer, I've managed to do 3 skatepark openings, go to Woodward West and Lake Owen skate camps, go on the Skate White North 2 tour, and judge a series of contests for the Cartoon Network and Six Flags theme park. I went to Mexico City a couple weeks ago for the first X-games Mexico. The skaters there were pumped and it was a good trip. I'm definitely going back there for a street skating trip sometime soon. I've been in town this week for Goofy vs. Regular, but I'm leaving in 2 days again for my latest mission. I'm going to Berlin, Munich, Orlando, Shanghai, Israel, and Dallas back to back. It should be crazy! I have some other good things coming up later this fall, but I'll save them for the next update.

Well its been a long road to recovery for me since my shoulder surgery. I am back skating everyday at about 75% skill level, feeling stronger and stronger everyday. I've been doing physio therapy 2-3 times a week which is helping me termendously. I'm off to Shanghai China on the 24th of October for the Shanghai showdown Gravity games event. I'll be staying in china for a month after the event to shoot photos with a photographer friend from home thats coming with me. Dayne and I will be heading out from China to Telaviv Israil for a week to do a demo for a skatepark grand opening which I'm really looking forward to. I fly home on the 24th of November to spend some time in Vancouver to work on an interview with SBC magazine, depending on the weather. I'm also working on my new Premium board graphic which is almost done, it looks really good. After the new year, the premium team will be touring through Japan and then right back into the world cup contest circuit. Finished my second promodel shoe that will be out in Spring of 08, couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. My new website is up, check out joshevin.com if you wish. theres a few finishing touches that need to be made so keep checking back for updates. Over&Out for now.
The skateWhiteNorthTour this summer was great. I attended the tour even though I wasn't skating because my shoulder wasn't healthy enough at that point. It was hard for me to have to watch the rest of the team skate while sitting on the side lines, I guess that part of being a professional skateboarder. regardless it was nice to have the whole team together and welcome James Craig to the team. Opyc did a fine job at organizing everything, thanks Dan, can't wait to see what happens next year.

I just got back for the "Off The Beaten Path Tour" by Eastern Skateboard Supply. It was awesome skating with that crew. I just opened my 2nd shop in San Diego (Mira Mesa), Ca. It's in the town where I grew up skateboarding. "Film This" Willys Workshop video is coming out very soon. I've been filming for the new Birdhouse video.
JESSE LANDEN:Right now I'm in Spain with a few friends filming and shooting pics. Also logging quite a few hours at the nude beach. Can't wait to get home to Toronto and play a few shows with my band Born to Busk. I'm also planning to spend a few weeks in Vancouver over the summer.
DAYNE BRUMMET:I just got back from yet another China trip. It started with skating the Asian X-games. I qualified first, but I couldn't hold it together in the finals. I ended up getting 3rd place. Then, we went to the far northwest near Tibet to do demos for Premium. It was a good time and the kids were definitely stoked. Now, I'm back in LA filming and shooting photos everyday. Starting in mid-June, I'll be slammed with contests, demos, camps and tours. dayne
JOSH EVIN:I just got off the operating table on May 10th. Finally got my shoulder fixed and anchored together so I can hopefully skate properly in 3 months. I just finished an interview for Automatic magazine out of California. Planning to attend the power shoe summer tours and get back on my board 110% as soon as I'm healed.
MIKE CRUM:I am getting a full part in the Strange Notes video. I have been skating Tony Hawks ramp everyday and going down to the new ramp at Clarmont I've got a lot of demos lined up this year with my company MPC Productions we had our first event of the year at the Long Beach Grand Prix. We are making a huge vert ramp for Rock Star energy drink and are booking a tour as well. in march my shop C&S Skateshop had its 1 year anniversary. The Dew Tour starts soon. My wife Bri and I had a first child, a healthy baby girl named Samantha Jordan Crum. I will be spending a lot of time traveling this year- Power Tour, contests, and plenty of demos
JAMES CRAIG:I am going to be really busy these next few weeks filming for the Blind video we are working on with trips to Sac and Canada. As well going out to the Masa pro in Fayetteville, NC June 15th to the 17th.
